What the CiEP-Basic Program offers
With the CiEP-Basic Program people learn to work systematically with personal work systems. They are trained and coached in learning and applying the principles that go together with conscious, result-oriented working. This offers a new foundation on which to build structure, throughput, transparency and focused action. The majority of the program is carried out at the participants’ own desks.
Contents and working method
Participants get new insights into their working habits and behavior. They learn to organize their desk and the incoming information flows systematically and effectively. Work, responsibilities and activities are literally made visible. Participants learn to communicate with themselves and others effectively. They become adept at result-oriented planning and managing their diaries. Participants persistently deal differently with appointments and deadlines. Loss of energy is structurally avoided. Pro-active time management and making choices starts working for them and your organization.
Every participant is individually coached to translate the theory into practice of their own desk and their personal work system. So it’s more than just a good idea… It lays down a powerful foundation for further development of (personal) quality management, at departmental and organizational levels too!
