Vous voudriez pr\u00e9venir de fa\u00e7on structurelle les probl\u00e8mes de pression du travail, afin qu\u2019il reste de l\u2019\u00e9nergie pour fonctionner de mani\u00e8re optimale, chaque jour !<\/p>\n<h4>Qu\u2019offre la formation de base CiEP<\/h4>\n<p>Avec la formation de base CiEP, les personnes apprennent \u00e0 travailler syst\u00e9matiquement avec un syst\u00e8me de travail personnel. Elles y sont form\u00e9es et coach\u00e9es par l\u2019apprentissage et l\u2019application de principes amenant \u00e0 \u00eatre conscient et \u00e0 travailler en \u00e9tant ax\u00e9 sur le r\u00e9sultat. Cela apporte une nouvelle fondation propice \u00e0 la structure, la transition, la transparence et l\u2019action cibl\u00e9e. La plus grande partie du programme se d\u00e9roule sur le poste de travail des participants.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"block-content\">\n<h2>CONTENU<\/h2>\n<h4>Contenu et forme de travail<\/h4>\n<p>Les participants acqui\u00e8rent une nouvelle compr\u00e9hension des habitudes de travail et des comportements. Ils apprennent \u00e0 organiser de mani\u00e8re syst\u00e9matique et efficace leur bureau et les flux d\u2019informations qui y entrent. Travail, responsabilit\u00e9s et activit\u00e9s sont litt\u00e9ralement rendus visibles. Les participants apprennent \u00e0 \u00eatre efficaces dans leur communication avec les autres et eux-m\u00eames. Ils deviennent experts dans la planification des r\u00e9sultats et la gestion d\u2019un agenda. Les participants respectent les accords et \u00e9ch\u00e9ances. La perte d\u2019\u00e9nergie est structurellement \u00e9vit\u00e9e. Une gestion proactive du temps et faire des choix va fonctionner pour eux et votre organisation.<\/p>\n<p>Tous les participants sont individuellement accompagn\u00e9s afin de d\u00e9passer la th\u00e9orie et de la mettre en pratique au bureau et dans le syst\u00e8me de travail personnel.
