Self management and efficient working for more impact of Development Programs
Efficiency and impact of Development Programs is highly prominent on the Development Sector’s Agenda. The human factor –personal leadership and workload management– is crucial here, at all levels. The CiEP method has shown to improve work efficiency and results with up to 20% on the individual- as well as on team level. This brochure is about self-management in a cross-cultural perspective and shows some of the CiEP results from 5 different African Country Offices of a Dutch Development Organisation.
